Client Services Agreement

This Client Services Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all services provided by Kent Consulting Group LLC (“Consultant”), a Louisiana limited liability company, to the Client (“Client”).

1. Nature of Services
Consultant provides non-attorney services including document preparation, federal motion drafting assistance, research, consulting, and general guidance. Consultant does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

2. Scope of Work
Consultant will prepare only the documents or services listed in the invoice, payment page, or written communication. Additional work requires separate payment.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Consultant cannot guarantee any legal outcome, court decision, or government action.

4. Fees and Payment Terms
All fees are due before work begins. Payments cover Consultant’s time, research, drafting, and consulting—not legal outcomes.

5. Refund Policy
All payments are final once work begins. No refunds are issued for completed or partially completed services. Work is deemed to have begun immediately upon intake, review of materials, communication with the client, or drafting preparations.

6. Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks. Consultant may submit this Agreement, communications, and records to resolve disputes.

7. Client Responsibilities
Client must provide accurate information and required documents in a timely manner. Consultant is not responsible for delays caused by missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information.

8. Confidentiality
All information provided by Client is confidential and used solely to perform services.

9. Non-Attorney Disclosure
Consultant is not an attorney, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent the Client in any legal proceeding.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Louisiana.

Payment of any invoice constitutes full acceptance of the Client Services Agreement, including the no-refund policy. All services provided are digital, customized document-preparation services, and because these services cannot be returned or revoked, all payments are final and non-refundable.
